Java Architect
SUMMARY:
We are looking for talented and committed people
to work in an innovative and dynamic environment
who should have the knowledge of OOP basics,
Java language, Java Beans, DB basic, SQL, JDBC,
Transactions, at least one DB knowledge like Oracle,
SQL Server, DB2 etc.
JSP, Servlet, XML. Struts or Spring either one of
them. IDEs - Eclipse, NetBeans, etc. Testing Frameworks
- Junit, etc.
Logging Frameworks - Jlog, Log4J, etc
Configuration Management e.g. VSS, CVS, Rational ClearCase.
Design - Basics, UML notations, HLD, LLD, Patterns, etc -
interpretation, conceptualization.

Details
|
SKILL REQUIRED:
5+ years of experience in J2EE enterprise application development.
- Experience with EJB 3.0 / JPA and JSF
- 1+ years of experience in ORM tool such as Hibernate
- 1+ years with Spring
SOA Architect with solid experience in end
to end large/complex product development.
Significant experience in the design of at
least one general OO architecture for large
distributed
designs.
Excellent skills in J2EE, Middleware, Databases,
Webservices, SOAP.
Exposure to large scale data (GB if not terabyte),
High availability, highly scalable, performance
requirements either in a carrier grade or internet
scale environment.
Prolific Java coding skills and experience in laying
out core foundation/frameworks of products/projects
on an on-going basis.
Communication skills suitable for handling technical
direction to junior developers and management.
Experience in guiding test design development,
particularly leveraging automated test data generation
techniques is helpful.
Exposure to modern metadata languages is helpful - these
include RDF, including microformats and other advanced
efforts such as OWL and N3.
Information modeling in other areas such as CMDB, CIM
ROLE:
Architecture - Basics.
Patterns - interpretation, conceptualization.
J2EE technology fundamentals and App Server
Platforms - WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss, etc -
Deployment, Features, etc.
Architecture Methodology - RUP,TOGAF, GS Methods, etc.
Design Tools - Rational, Visio, etc. EJB concept.
